As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado, I offer clinical supervision for pre-licensed mental health professionals working toward licensure, including Social Work Candidates (SWCs), Licensed Professional Counselor Candidates (LPCCs), and other eligible clinicians. My goal is to support your professional growth in a space that is collaborative, reflective, and rooted in ethical and trauma-informed care.
Supervision Philosophy: My supervision approach integrates strengths-based, trauma-informed, and relational-cultural frameworks. I value transparency, curiosity, and a deep respect for your unique clinical voice. I believe supervision is not just a requirement—but an opportunity for transformation, clarity, and confidence.

Individual Supervision: One-on-one supervision tailored to your clinical work, professional development, and licensure requirements.
Supportive Environment: We will explore clinical cases, strengthen diagnostic and treatment planning skills, and reflect on the therapist's role in client outcomes.
Flexible Scheduling: Supervision is offered virtually/by phone.
Licensure-Specific Guidance: I provide supervision hours that meet Colorado DORA requirements for social workers and counselors.
